Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the sales and growth of our IT services and products. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their business operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can combine technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive sales and foster strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking activities.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Coordinate with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to increase company visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze competitors' sales strategies and adjust tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client requirements and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, for at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, with a technical background preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals successfully.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client meetings and conferences.
