Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or related sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools is essential.
