We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery and execution of internal and external technology projects. This role is critical for ensuring that all project dependencies, timelines, and follow-ups are well managed across teams and vendors. While this is not a traditional project management role, the position is central to project coordination, daily follow-ups, and structured reporting.

• Familiarity with internal project workflows, vendor coordination, and reporting frameworks
• Ability to work without high-level visibility or direct authority
• Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written)
• You are based in Abu Dhabi

What will you do?

• Coordinate daily calls with vendors and internal technical teams
• Follow up on open issues, technical blockers, and meeting schedules
• Track interdependencies across multiple projects and departments
• Ensure timely delivery by closely monitoring low-level project activities
• Assist in preparing and maintaining structured reports and documentation
• Identify gaps, connect the dots, and escalate issues when needed
• Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day coordination tasks
