Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software.
• Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and finishes for projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns when necessary.
• Present final design proposals to clients, gathering feedback for revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Outstanding communication skills to convey ideas effectively to clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
