We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior QC Assistant to join our quality control team. Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of quality control processes and procedures on products.
• Perform inspections and tests on raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance.
• Document and report any discrepancies or defects identified during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results in a database system.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to suggest improvements in quality standards.
• Support quality control officers in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure that work areas comply with safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to quality control inspections and findings.
• Help organize and maintain quality control documentation and records effectively.
• Participate in internal meetings and trainings to develop quality control skills.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment regularly.
• Provide general support to the quality control team as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in QC is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills required.
• Basic understanding of quality control testing methods and procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to report concise findings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality control techniques and tools.
