Infrastructure Architect

Overview

As a Infrastructure Solution Architect you will be responsible to designs and implements Azure and OpenShift solutions for scalable, secure, resilient cloud environments; Develop, implement, and optimize Azure OpenAI deployment strategies to enhance workload performance and security within enterprise solutions.

Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Azure solutions tailored to business needs, integrating OpenShift, Azure OpenAI, and other cloud-native platforms for scalability and interoperability.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness for cloud environments, minimizing RTO and RPO for critical workloads, including web apps and AKS.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize Azure resources for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability using automation, governance, and best practices.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management across cloud and hybrid environments, including centralized identity and access management.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions, support CI/CD pipelines, and align infrastructure with business objectives.
• Lead and support the migration of on-premises systems to Azure, providing technical guidance and best practices throughout the process.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans, focusing on backup, recovery, and minimizing downtime for critical applications.
• Utilize IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Sentinel) for automation, incident management, and security operations, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure designs, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
• Communicate technical solutions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, ITIL processes, and international standards is essential.
• Candidates must be ready to roll up their sleeves and script solutions, especially during critical incidents.
• Daily responsibilities at an AI startup like Inception include frequent automation and scripting tasks.
• The ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous requirements and to guide diverse stakeholders toward effective solutions is required.
• Experience in leading organizations through readiness for international certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Azure Architect, with a focus on infrastructure design, implementation, and migration.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred., TOGAF (preferred), CKS,
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, Azure Open AI and containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes) in Azure environments.
• Experience with automation tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in solutioning and architecture
