Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Information Technology Sales Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role is based in Abu Dhabi Municipality, Abu Dhabi Island and Internal Islands City. As an IT Sales Specialist, you will drive growth by offering tailored IT solutions, leveraging our expertise to surpass client expectations and foster strong business relationships.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven expertise in pipeline management to effectively oversee and optimize sales processes for sustained success (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of IT strategy, helping businesses align technology with their overarching goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in IT solutions sales, showcasing the ability to present and sell complex tech offerings (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in solution selling, using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in lead generation, identifying and cultivating high-potential leads to expand market presence.
  • Capable of engaging in consultative sales by understanding client challenges and delivering customized IT solutions.
  • Experience in vendor management, maintaining and developing partnerships for enhanced service delivery.
  • Competence with CRM software, utilizing technology to manage client interactions and streamline sales efforts.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue and grow the customer base in the assigned region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights and options to meet their technology needs efficiently.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions that align with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and strategic planning for future growth.
  • Report on sales metrics and forecast for effective resource planning and management.
