Job Purpose

  • Supports the HSE Manager in the implementation, execution, monitoring, and continual improvement of the site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System.
  • Provides site‑level HSE expertise to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, TechnipFMC HSES standards, and client HSE specifications.

The role is focused on accident and incident prevention, hazard identification and risk reduction, workforce engagement, and strengthening a proactive and sustainable HSE culture across all site operations.

Job Description

  • Prepare and compile monthly HSE reports and e‑KPI data for submission in Intelex, client portals, and regulatory platforms.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and trackers (incident logs, action trackers, training records, follow-up audits).
  • Support the HSE team in the development and update of HSE plans, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
  • Track and follow up on corrective actions from audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure timely close-out.
  • Assist in organizing HSE audits and inspections by preparing documentation and supporting logistics.
  • Prepare HSE dashboards, reports, and presentations using available data.
  • Support the management of HSE digital systems (Intelex, e‑SWA, observation tools) including data entry and tracking.
  • Maintain HSE training matrix and ensure records of employee and contractor training are up to date.
  • Coordinate HSE inductions and training sessions (logistics, attendance, records).
  • Support communication of HSE alerts, lessons learned, and campaign materials to the workforce.
  • Assist during emergency drills and HSE activities as a coordinator/observer.
  • Promote HSE awareness and support safe behavior initiatives within the team.
  • Perform other HSE coordination and support duties as assigned by the HSE Manager.

You Are Meant For This Job If

  • Degree or Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline
  • (Engineering degree required for HSE Engineer designation)
    • to 8 years of HSE experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas, or service environments


    • Relevant HSE certifications as per company and local regulatory requirements


    • Effective communication and engagement skills
    • Ability to influence and coach workforce and contractors


    • Hazard identification and risk assessment
    • Incident investigation and root cause analysis
    • Knowledge of HSE laws and standards
    • Digital HSE reporting systems (Intelex or equivalent)


    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Good organization, reporting, and coordination skills
