Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational and human resource functions of our organization. This role demands an individual who is not only knowledgeable in HR practices but also has a keen eye for detail in operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while also managing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations. This dual-role position requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work strategically to align company goals with its workforce. The HR & Operations Manager will be instrumental in shaping and nurturing a productive and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate operational strategies and oversee day-to-day company operations.
  • Manage employee records and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline HR and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to optimize resourcing and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations at all times.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast HR needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing procedures.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented HR and operational solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management roles.
  • Proven knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labor law compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with HR software and business operations tools is highly desirable.
