Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources department. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resource strategies with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position demands a dynamic leader who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on manager. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in development plans for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Design and implement employee benefit programs that support workforce wellbeing.
  • Lead organizational change and development initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and supervise training programs.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure all financial operations adhere to company policy.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting diversity initiatives.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to reflect best practices.
  • Report to senior leadership on HR metrics and advise on workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to mediate conflicts and manage employee relations effectively.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing an HR team or department.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
