Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by expertly managing and supporting our human resources department. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing HR strategies and policies that ensure a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall growth of the company. Your expertise in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws will be crucial to our success. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs, address any issues related to employee satisfaction, and contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will ensure clear and transparent communication across all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve work environment.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to meet staffing needs effectively.
  • Manage employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Monitor and address performance management processes to foster staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations comprehensively.
  • Coordinate and administer benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct exit interviews and report on turnover trends for strategic planning.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to build an equitable workplace.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases securely.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues to improve organizational performance.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
