We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as required.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR documents.
  • Help with the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and employee benefits.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department on daily operations.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and HR to promote transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a similar HR support role for 1-2 years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse team members and staff.
