We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will play a key role in driving our recruitment strategies and promoting our employer brand within the healthcare sector. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record of successful placements. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring that we attract the best talent to support our patient care goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for healthcare positions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and contacts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Utilize job boards and social media to source potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews with precision and efficiency.
  • Negotiate offers and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and databases.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive market rates for roles.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in recruitment processes.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in healthcare recruitment or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and placement in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Adept with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
