Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Create and maintain design brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Produce digital artwork, including social media graphics and website visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion.
• Assist in the production of print collateral, ensuring high-quality output.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for approval.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to design work when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with copywriters and web developers to produce cohesive content.
• Ensure final graphics, layouts, and designs are visually appealing and brand-conformant.
• Manage and organize all design files for efficient access and use by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS, and digital media preferred.
