As a Graphic Designer, you will be an essential part of the creative team, responsible for developing visually captivating content that effectively communicates our brand message. Your role will involve working on a diverse range of projects, from print to digital media, ensuring all designs adhere to company standards while innovating and enhancing visual aesthetics. You need to possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and layouts for digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design project components.
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Research and remain updated about industry trends and tools.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design solutions.
• Prepare presentations and mockups for proposed design projects.
• Liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure quality production.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts meet company standards and specifications.
• Create storyboards, illustrations, and digital paintings when required.
• Assist in the upkeep and archival of design projects and assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills essential for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web design and multimedia design principles is advantageous.
