Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Keeping records of issued laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories
• Coordinating equipment returns from departing employees
• Ensuring users lock devices when not in use
• Guiding users through basic tools such as company intranet
• Assisting with labelling devices, updating inventory
• Activating access cards for the users
• Preparing the attendance report for management upon request
