We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in representing our company. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the reception area efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will also support various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of conference room bookings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and employees regarding company services.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures in the reception area.
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to address maintenance and security issues.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies, placing orders when needed.
  • Support other departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for addressing client needs.
  • Professional attitude and appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
