Job Description

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a welcoming and professional face to all visitors and callers. Your main duty will be to ensure seamless and efficient operations at the front desk, enhancing the experience for everyone who enters. You will manage a range of administrative tasks, leveraging your excellent communication and multitasking skills to maintain a well-organized and friendly environment. Your ability to handle queries, manage appointments, and assist in various administrative functions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the correct departments efficiently.
  • Manage and schedule appointments with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed or directed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide general information and answer inquiries from clients and guests.
  • Handle any complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
  • Support company executives and management by providing secretarial duties.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organization skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Professional appearance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
