About the Role

The Food Runner supports Cinemacity’s elevated cinema dining experience by ensuring timely, accurate, and beautifully presented delivery of food to guests across lounges, VIP suites, and dining areas.

This role is essential in maintaining flow, precision, and service elegance during peak showtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
• Maintain presentation standards from kitchen to table
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams on special requests
• Support waitstaff during peak service periods
• Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness of service zones
• Respond courteously to basic guest inquiries and requests

Profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred
• Clear communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
