Fleet Crew Manager

The Fleet Crew Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment, development, and welfare of all crew members across the fleet. This role ensures compliance with maritime regulations, fosters high performance, and promotes a culture of safety and efficiency on board. The Fleet Crew Manager will align crew management practices with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring that crewing operations run smoothly, and that talent is nurtured and retained.

The Fleet Crew Manager oversees the end-to-end employment cycle of all crew members across the fleet, from recruitment to exit. This role is integral to ensuring vessels are manned with competent and well-trained personnel, complying with regulatory requirements, and enhancing crew retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years experience as HR / Crewing Manager or Purser
• Yachting experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge in international Maritime regulations (MLC)
