Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Offsite Warehouse team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Oversee daily offsite warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements.
• Support layout optimization and equipment readiness for operational efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in planning replenishment schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries to the main resort site and satellite locations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory updates.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and Wynn policies.
• Conduct routine inspections and support audit readiness.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and risk mitigation efforts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse staff.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Vocational training or certifications in warehouse management are an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, BirchStreet)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
