Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that financial records are maintained in line with company policies and international standards.
  • Lead financial audits and interface with auditors to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic business and financial plans.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to ensure professional growth.
  • Evaluate and improve financial controls and accounting procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital to support business activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proven leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in execution.
