As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating and preparing accurate costs, budgets, and forecasts for interior construction projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential project information and specifications.
• Evaluate and compare proposals from various vendors and subcontractors for pricing accuracy and terms.
• Prepare and present detailed project cost reports to stakeholders and project managers.
• Monitor cost-to-complete reports to ensure projected budgets are successfully adhered to.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project intricacies and potential challenges.
• Adjust and revise estimates in response to unforeseen project modifications and changes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to refine accuracy and efficiency in the proposal process.
• Work closely with procurement teams to determine material costs and negotiate pricing.
• Identify potential risk factors impacting project budgets and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all estimation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Estimator in the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost management tools critical to the role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and negotiation.
