English Head Of Department

Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic English teacher to lead our English Department and to teach our middle and high school EAL learners.

You Need

An education degree or equivalent in English

A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience.

Experienced in leading a project or team.

To be a native-level speaker or hold an IELTS of 8 or above.

Previous experience in an American or British curriculum school preferred.

Be able to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.

Have the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team .

Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Are able to conduct PD sessions using best practices.
