We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is a fluent English speaker with a relevant degree and a UK-recognised primary teaching qualification
• Has a minimum of 4 years’ teaching experience in a school following the National Curriculum of England
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the English National Curriculum
• Has experience with current UK educational practices and priorities
• Is an inspirational teacher and leader with a passion for high-quality learning and a belief in the potential of every child
• Can lead a team with clarity and purpose, driving both academic progress and pastoral care
• Embraces innovation and is confident using technology to enhance learning
• Uses data effectively to monitor and track pupil progress and inform next steps
• Has experience working with EAL learners (preferred, but not essential)
• Year Group is dependent on the applicant's strengths and experience
