Job Title: Engineering Manager

6-month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in designing scalable product using Java, Spring, React js. & React Native in an Agile environment.
• Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach Agile practices
• Manage full-stack development (Java Enterprise, React JS, SQL)
• Drive technical strategy and team mentorship
• Ensure delivery excellence and regulatory compliance
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years engineering lead
• Strong: Java Enterprise Edition, SQL, Spring Framework, React JS
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• 5+ years implementing Agile methodologies
• FinTech/banking domain experience
• Experience with insurance, payment systems, or financial services
