Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Educational Psychologist (outsourced) to join our team for the Academic Year 2025–26. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pilot public school in Abu Dhabi with a mission to build belief in a distinctive Emirati model of education, rooted in national values, practices, and knowledge while aligned with the UAE public school curriculum.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology (or related field)
• Valid licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist
• 3–5 years of professional experience in educational psychology (school or clinical setting)
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (relevant to the role)
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties
• Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• A deep understanding of child and adolescent development, educational policies, and inclusive practices
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting student well-being and growth
• Strict adherence to confidentiality at all times
