Job Description

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be a pivotal part of our digital sales team, leading initiatives to drive online revenue growth and enhance the customer shopping experience. You will manage, analyze, and develop strategies for our e-commerce operations to ensure competitive positioning and successful sales outcomes. Collaborating closely with marketing, IT, and logistics, you'll oversee the execution of online campaigns and ensure that our website's operations are smooth, efficient, and optimized for conversions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze website traffic data and customer feedback to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage the e-commerce site, ensuring product listings are accurate and visually appealing.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on online sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues affecting online sales channels.
  • Research and implement emerging e-commerce trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with legal guidelines and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to enhance data accuracy and maintain system integrations.
  • Train and guide team members on the new e-commerce platform functionalities.
  • Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, optimizing return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations in a competitive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Adept at problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach to challenges.
