Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand customer base effectively.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking events.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports regularly.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule deadlines.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights for effective selling.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and enhance performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software proficiency.
  • Highly motivated and the target-driven individual with a proven sales track record.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management processes.
