Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. Your role will play a significant part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels effectively.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels with timely content.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Research and implement new and emerging technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Elicit requirements and work closely with product and development teams to provide digital solutions.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website content as needed.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and developments in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers and third-party partners for campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing roles for a minimum of three years.
  • Fluency in Arabic language, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns for diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are crucial for this role.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
