Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultant in the Real Estate sector to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising potential buyers and sellers on real estate transactions. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate offers and terms of sale between buyers and sellers effectively.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and listings.
  • Stay updated with legal requirements and ensure compliance in all transactions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Manage multiple clients concurrently while providing excellent customer service.
  • Track and report on sales activities and client interactions regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related industry preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to close sales deals.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and pricing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Valid real estate license and driver’s license for property viewings.
