Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in the company's database with high accuracy.
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information.
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry processes efficiently.
  • Respond to information requests and access relevant existing data for retrieval.
  • Ensure data integrity and correctness in all data entry tasks performed daily.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper-based records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Document and report data entry activities and any issues encountered promptly.
  • Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures and systems.
  • Provide data entry support to various teams and departments as needed.
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets set by the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data entry officer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
