Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and service. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our valued customers.   • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service performance.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

  • Support the implementation of customer service initiatives and promotions as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
