Job Description

As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers and providing excellent service to drive sales. Your primary role will be to assist customers in purchasing products, answering their queries, and offering recommendations based on their needs. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the sales counter is always well-organized and customer-friendly. An engaging and persuasive communicator, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills in customer service and sales techniques. Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers promptly and courteously to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized sales counter to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep current with product knowledge and new inventory arrivals for customer queries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets consistently.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained by monitoring and ordering products as needed.
  • Implement promotional activities to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Generate sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer trends.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a retail or counter sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and goals.
