Job Description

The Corporate Services Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of an organization's administrative and corporate support functions. This position is essential for streamlining operations, facilitating internal communications, and contributing to the strategic decision-making process. The Corporate Services Executive will oversee various aspects of corporate operations, including office management, human resources, compliance, and procurement. A keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential for success in this role. The individual will act as a bridge between the executive team and various departments, ensuring that corporate objectives are achieved while maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily corporate administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align corporate strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage service contracts and relationships with external service providers and vendors.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative team to enhance performance and personal development.
  • Prepare and manage budget plans for corporate services and track expenditures effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making processes within executive management teams.
  • Organize and oversee company-wide initiatives and corporate events, fostering employee engagement.
  • Implement and manage corporate governance practices and internal controls systematically.
  • Analyze data and generate reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions for office equipment and supplies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other corporate management software tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle numerous responsibilities concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and fostering partnerships.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful administrative strategies and policies.
