Job Description

A Corporate Services Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization's overarching operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. As a strategic leader, this individual oversees various corporate functions such as finance, marketing, facility management, procurement, and more, to drive company profitability and growth. The ideal candidate for this role is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on manager, capable of providing tactical support to meet both short-term and long-term organizational goals. The Corporate Services Executive must possess excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a high-performing corporate culture. In this position, the executive will be instrumental in navigating and aligning business strategies, helping to steer the company through both challenges and opportunities in today's competitive market.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Manage and optimize the company's resources including financial budgets and staff allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and realize business opportunities and improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace culture, boost employee satisfaction, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and suitable for a productive work environment.
  • Supervise procurement processes to guarantee efficiency and cost-effectiveness in supply chains.
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and project-based risks.
  • Lead the evaluation and analysis of business metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Oversee legal and regulatory compliance efforts to minimize organizational liabilities and risk.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to forecast and strategize future growth and market position.
  • Communicate corporate strategy and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in corporate services or a related executive position.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in financial planning, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficient in analyzing business data, market trends, and financial reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical business solutions.
