We are seeking a strategic Corporate Sales Executive to serve as a key driver of our B2B growth and market expansion in the travel Industry. In this pivotal role, you will act as a consultant to enterprise decision makers, identifying high value opportunities and architecting solutions that solve complex business challenges. we are looking for a highly motivated professional who pride themselves on their executive presence and their ability to navigate the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to the delivery of long term,value driven corporate partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR, finance, and admin decision-makers.
  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle: lead qualification → needs analysis → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Secure long-term contracts, rate agreements, and framework agreements.


Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional services/products to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client engagement.


Sales Strategy & Negotiation

  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and presentations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations while protecting company margins.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver promised solutions and SLAs.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor pricing, corporate buying trends, and industry movements.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
  • Provide management with realistic revenue forecasts — no inflated numbers.


Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Support collections and follow up on payments when required (corporate reality).


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong B2B negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to sell to senior decision-makers
  • Financial and commercial understanding (pricing, margins, contracts)
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Persistence and discipline in long sales cycles
  • Professional, credible, and composed under pressure


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-10 years of B2B / corporate sales experience
  • Proven success in closing corporate or enterprise-level deals
  • Experience handling contracts, SLAs, and pricing negotiations
  • Extensive knowledge of international travel trends,visa requirments,and popular global destination.
  • Must have an existing list of clients and ready to use database to generate immediate sales to the agency.
