Job Description

The Corporate Account Executive plays a critical role in managing and growing client relationships for the organization. This position is responsible for driving sales, nurturing existing accounts, and exploring new business opportunities. The Corporate Account Executive understands the needs of corporate clients, provides them with superior service, and ensures client satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for high-profile clients, tasked with maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and services to offer tailored solutions. Your strategic thinking, persuasive communication skills, and ability to build relationships will be essential to driving the company's growth and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and client feedback regularly.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients to enhance their business outcomes.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to promote the company's services.
  • Conduct regular account review meetings with clients to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitors to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow client accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
