Job Description

As a Concierge, you are the friendly face and expert guide who ensures our guests and residents have an exceptional experience. You are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating activities, and providing support to ensure smooth operations. You will be the go-to person for any requests, from making dinner reservations to arranging transportation or providing information about local attractions. Your interpersonal skills and local knowledge mean that you are not just meeting needs but exceeding expectations, adding value to every interaction. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to use creativity and initiative to personalize each guest’s experience, helping to create memorable moments and loyal customers.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures upon their arrival.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries.
  • Make restaurant reservations and arrange for transportation as requested by guests.
  • Manage and document guest complaints and collaborate with other departments for solutions.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.
  • Organize and manage event and activity bookings for guests and residents.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and storage, providing help as required.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a professional and presentable state at all times.
  • Continuously update knowledge about local activities, events, and dining options.
  • Compile and maintain informational pamphlets and documents for guests' reference.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
