Job Description

The HR & Admin Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resources and administrative functions within an organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage diverse tasks ranging from employee relations to office management. The HR & Admin Executive will support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, administer company policies, and ensure a high-quality working environment through effective management of various administrative processes. This role not only necessitates excellent interpersonal and communication skills but also demands adeptness in multitasking and problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with department managers and employees, fostering an inclusive atmosphere conducive to personal and organizational growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads and arranging interviews.
  • Administer employee onboarding and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality is maintained.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligning with company goals.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development workshops for staff members.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring correct employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Organize and facilitate company events and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR and administrative processes to identify improvement areas.
  • Support compliance with legal requirements by staying informed about current labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles at a corporate level.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
