Job Description

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by cultivating and managing relationships with our commercial clients. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, increase revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be working closely with other departments to align on goals, tailor solutions to meet customer needs, and close deals that will ensure the growth of our client portfolio. You will need to have a keen understanding of our products and industry trends, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. As an ambassador of our brand, your efforts will significantly impact our market presence and reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients through lead generation.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored product solutions for clients.
  • Present and demonstrate company products in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Manage contract negotiations, focusing on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on account progress and market trends.
  • Participate in industry networking events to promote the company and gain insights.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and communication logs in the CRM.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Drive customer retention efforts by providing ongoing support and excellent service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within a commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Adept in using CRM software and other digital business tools for managing clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing client-centered solutions.
