Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Servicing Executive to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management. As a crucial point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with different departments within the company to coordinate and implement effective service solutions. You should possess excellent communication skills and have an ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Your role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction enhancement, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage and execute client-related activities seamlessly.
  • Proactively evaluate client feedback and suggest improvements for product and service offerings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to display progress on client accounts.
  • Ensure all client communications adhere to the company’s guidelines and standards.
  • Analyze client data and insights to identify business opportunities for growth.
  • Manage contract renewals, ensuring all client agreements are upheld and updated.
  • Organize client service meetings and strategic planning sessions with utmost professionalism.
  • Assist in creating marketing and sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in client servicing best practices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping of all client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client servicing or account management roles.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to foresee and address client issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve goals.
