JOB PURPOSE

 

We are hiring a Russian Speaking Client Advisor to join our team at Burberry Abu Dhabi Galleria Mall. In this role, you will create meaningful connections with clients and deliver personalised luxury experiences that inspire loyalty and drive commercial success. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will bring Burberry’s heritage, craftsmanship and creativity to life through exceptional service, expert styling and thoughtful client engagement. Working closely with store leadership, you will contribute to a customer-focused environment where every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through personalised and proactive client engagement.
• Deliver an elevated luxury experience that reflects Burberry’s brand values and service standards.
• Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations and maximise commercial results.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Burberry collections, craftsmanship and product categories to confidently support client decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to create a welcoming, inclusive and high-performing retail environment.

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

 

• Fluent in Russian and conversational in English and local language, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance service excellence and sales performance.
• Positive, collaborative and adaptable approach to working within a team environment.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and confidently present brand stories, collections and styling solutions.
