Job Description

The role of a Client Acquisition Executive - Inside Sales is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This position focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our products and services. By leveraging your communication and sales skills, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with prospective clients to convert them into revenue-generating accounts. As a member of the sales team, you are expected to excel in outbound communication via calls and emails and actively contribute to meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and ability to engage with clients will be crucial in building a client pipeline that supports our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research and relevant information sources.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
  • Conduct effective consultative sales conversations to understand client needs.
  • Communicate features and benefits of products and services over calls and emails.
  • Build sustainable relationships with prospective clients to foster sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a well-documented client pipeline on CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates from prospect to client.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback from potential clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and executives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field required.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on inside sales or client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
