Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a critical front-line contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and support. Your main role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You will work in a fast-paced environment where communication skills, both verbal and written, are paramount. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with Arabic-speaking customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customers’ issues by clarifying concerns and providing resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with problem resolutions.
  • Assist in improving service procedures and new product information.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the service experience.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required for the role.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
