A Call Center Representative plays a vital role in customer service by acting as the first line of communication between a company and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Route customer inquiries and problems to the appropriate department for further assistance.

  • Promote company products and services to meet sales targets and goals.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide personalized support and build strong relationships with repeat customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate important issues to higher management.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols and confidentiality policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic language, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurate issue resolution.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
