Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently through inbound and outbound calls for prompt resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions, sales, or suggestions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes to accurately address client queries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify customer issues and solutions.
  • Achieve and maintain performance goals, such as quality scores, call handling time, and productivity.
  • Ensure privacy policies and organizational standards are adhered to with every interaction.
  • Provide consistent follow-up on outstanding customer requests or unresolved issues.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company database accurately and promptly.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or customer service representative is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are needed to interact effectively with customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing high volumes of customer calls daily.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
