Job Description

A Property Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate industry by acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of properties. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers in property negotiations.
  • Prepare and review contracts and other documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide clients with sound advice on the latest real estate market trends.
  • Coordinate property viewings and tours for prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Ensure all real estate operations and transactions comply with local laws.
  • Assist clients in securing financing and other services associated with property purchases.
  • Create marketing strategies and lists to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Network with real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Follow up with clients after sales or rentals to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local property market and property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Proven ability in negotiating property sales, purchasing, and rental agreements.
  • Proficient in using property management software and CRM tools.
  • Valid real estate consultant license applicable in your region.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in real estate or a similar role.
