Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Superior negotiation skills and experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term operational plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
