Job Title: Business Development Executive – Paints & Coatings

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 14,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–4 years in the paints and coatings industry

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the paints and coatings industry, particularly with wood coatings used in joinery and interior fit-out applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities within the joinery sector, focusing on wood coatings.
• Promote a range of wood coating solutions such as PU (Polyurethane) coatings, NC (Nitrocellulose) lacquers, and water-based finishes.
• Leverage existing relationships within the polishing sections of joinery businesses to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager – Paints to execute strategic sales plans.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience with a paints and coatings manufacturer, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in wood coatings and experience working with joinery clients.
• Existing network within the polishing departments of joinery companies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
